Beverly D. Moranda is a native of Southern California and the epitome of the American Dream.  She is the youngest daughter of Mexican immigrants, both of whom were child laborers and neither of whom had the opportunity to attend or graduate high school. Ms. Moranda is the sixth of seven children and a first-generation college graduate.  She is also the first in her family to obtain an advanced degree.

Ms. Moranda graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of La Verne, with a Bachelor's in Political Science and a minor in sociology.  She earned her Juris Doctorate at the University of La Verne, College of Law.  Ms. Moranda was admitted to the bar in June 2013.  She worked as a family law associate at an immigration, criminal, and family law firm and as an associate attorney at an exclusively family law firm in Orange County before opening her own practice.  Ms. Moranda limits her practice to that which she is passionate about - family law litigation.

Ms. Moranda is a member of the Orange County Bar Association (OCBA) and the Orange County Hispanic Bar Association (OCHBA).  She is currently serving year one of her consecutive two year term on the OCHBA Board of Directors.   

 

Ms. Moranda is an avid runner and fitness enthusiast.  Her hobbies include competing in 5K's, 10K's, 15K’s and half marathons.  She is currently training for her second half-marathon.  Ms. Moranda also enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
